Last updated: 20 August 2026
Who we are
Canzuki Limited (“Canzuki”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a CX and contact centre consultancy operating across New Zealand and Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website (canzuki.com), contact us, or engage our services.
We operate in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, and the Australian Spam Act 2003.
What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Your name and contact details (email address, phone number, company name)
- Information you provide when submitting an enquiry via our contact form
- Information you provide when subscribing to our newsletter or mailing list
- Correspondence you send us by email or other means
We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including:
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths (via Google Analytics)
- Device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location (via Google Analytics)
- IP address, recorded with form submissions to prevent abuse and spam
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have requested
- Send you information relevant to your engagement with us
- Send you our newsletter and marketing communications where you have given consent
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
- Meet our legal and compliance obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for any purpose other than those listed above.
Third party tools
We use the following third party services, which may collect or process your data:
Hostinger
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Enquiries and document requests submitted through our forms are stored on Hostinger servers. We also use Hostinger Reach to manage our mailing list and send marketing emails: if you request a document or subscribe to our mailing list, your name and email address are stored in Hostinger Reach and processed in accordance with Hostinger’s Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.
Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES)
We use Amazon Simple Email Service to deliver email from our website — the documents you request, and the notifications we receive when you contact us. Your name, email address and the content of your message pass through AWS in order to be delivered, and are processed in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice.
PMSuite
Support tickets raised through the form on our support page are submitted to PMSuite, the ticketing and project management system we use to track client work. Information you enter in that form — your name, email address and the details of your request — is stored in that system rather than on this website.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, and device information. Data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Email communications
We will only send you marketing emails if you have given us consent to do so, either by subscribing to our mailing list or by engaging with us as a client.
In accordance with the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and the Australian Spam Act 2003, we commit to:
- Only sending commercial electronic messages with your consent
- Clearly identifying ourselves as the sender in all communications
- Including a functional unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing email
- Honouring unsubscribe requests promptly — within five working days
- Including our physical address in all commercial electronic messages
- Not using false or misleading subject lines or sender information
To unsubscribe from our mailing list, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or contact us directly at info@canzuki.com.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. We use a session cookie that is necessary for our contact and document request forms to work, and cookies that support our analytics (Google Analytics).
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website.
How we store and protect your information
Your personal information is stored securely. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@canzuki.com. We will respond to your request within 20 working days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by a prominent notice on our website or by email where appropriate. The date at the top of this policy reflects when it was last updated.
