Start the conversation
A first conversation is short and costs nothing.
Its purpose is to work out whether we can improve the decision you are about to make, and to say so plainly if we cannot. If a platform or AI decision is coming, the cheapest time to test the foundation is before the contract is signed.
Most useful if you are drafting an RFP, running a platform selection, planning an AI initiative, or looking at something that isn’t working and cannot yet say why.
Direct
If you would rather not use a form, email reaches the same two people.
- We don’t set out to sell you a platform.
- Our recommendation never depends on you buying anything from us.
- If we stand to earn from what we recommend, we say so first.

What’s prompting the question?
The more specific you can be about the decision in front of you, the more useful the first reply will be. Nothing here is a sales sequence: there is no automated follow-up and no mailing list.
Before you write
It may be quicker to read the method first.
Foundation First sets out what has to be true before a CX platform or AI decision is worth making. The RFP checklist is the eight questions we would want answered before going to market. Both come as documents built to be circulated to your team — tell us where to send them and they’re with you in a minute.
